You can see in member introduction how the car looks originally. Now after a few month the wagon is starting to look decent.

I found the fender and front bumper from a local junk yard. And I have jdm hood and morettes from Jhot.

The total including the car so far is just about $1000. I still need mirrors and a grill.

wow, looking good. Is the JDM hood aluminum?

I was hoping to find an aluminum one, but I couldn't wait anymore. The hood has functional scoop and duct for the intercooler, but is steel.

Morettes are classy. So with those & the JDM hood I'm guessing you must have some big plans? What else are you planning besides some obviously (or probably) body work & paint?

I am selling my rx-7 really soon, so this will be my only car. I am going to keep the wagon as cheap as possible to save money for school. There are no plans for anything big, but going from a 2700lb 300hp rwd car to a 4wd wagon I am going to need something to keep me interested. :twisted:

Bought some cheap but nice wrx rims with falken azenis 215 tires. Only one rim has curb rash! In the third picture you can kind of make out the white jdm folding mirror I recently bought also.

According to Roger, there is no Aluminum hood for the 2nd generation from JDM land.

nice wagon lookin like its cummin a long quiet well. i love that style hood it seems like im the only one that doesnt have that hood. but its cool to be different. im digging the morettes.

I've had the rx7 since 02; I hate to sell it, but I am moving to San Francisco for school. The rx7 is just not going to be practical, and I will be worrying about having it in the city.

btw: I am going to Academy of Art for industrial degsign. Tom Matano, one of the people that worked on the miata and the rx-7 at mazda, is the director of industrial design.

This is a feeler to see if anyone's interested. I am looking to get $2500 or best offer. Parting this car out would get me more money, but I don't have the time or place. It has about 184k miles now.

There are rust in the usual rear quarter panel spot. The rear passenger side door has big dents from my extremely small parking garage, but it's just cosmetic. There is exhaust leak at the axle-back section. The body is beat, but everything else works great. The engine starts immediately every time, and pulls strongly up San Francisco's hills. The transmission shifts smoothly, no gear grinds.

Spark plugs, fuel, air filter was replaced ,new clutch kit and new oem clutch fork was installed 4000 miles ago. The car still has morette, and it is in perfect condition. The light bulbs were replaced about 4000 miles ago. The silver jdm hood has a long but light scratch on the driver-side, was there when I purchased it from jhot. The scoop is functional and has shroud for top mount intercooler. I have white electric folding side mirrors on the car now, the driver-side has a quarter size crack/chip. I am using the stock switch to operate the mirrors, but I have the folding mirrors' switch. The wrx wheels are great except one that has curb rash, the tires will need replacing soon.

I don't really want to sell any parts separately, but if there's a good off then I would consider it.
