New muffler... tell me what you think

I bought a vibrant universal muffler http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... osi_widget (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110025069773&ssPageName=MERCOSI_VI_ROSI_PR4_PCN_BIX_Stores&refitem=110105270792&itemcount=4&refwidgetloc=closed_view_item&refwidgettype=osi_widget) from napa and installed it last week.

its nice and deep and when downshifting it rumbles and pops. Im happy

hows highway/cruising driving sound like? annoying? ..cuz when i had my Espelir, that shit would be loud as hell and popping when i let off the gas. im happy with my SPT muffler..so quiet :grin:

Sounds pretty good. Doesn't seem that deep in the video. Sounds kind of like the quieter WRX mufflers.

EDIT: Forgot to ask, is it just a muffler, or did you take out the resonator too?

if im going down a hill at highway speeds and i let of the gas completely its a pretty loud roar so i just press the gas lightly and its pretty quiet.

Its just a muffler i should take some pictures of how i installed it and i may do some drive by videos. i want to know how it sounds under WOT!!

That's pretty impressive bass for just a muffler. Sounds pretty good, and best of all it's tucked under the bumper, so Johnny Law won't notice as much.

Yeah, two requests: 1) Do exactly what you did in that vid, except at the end, put it in gear and drive away (like you would normally, from a stoplight or similar). 2) Cruising and WOT runs please. :-) If it isn't obnoxious, I'm going to have to get one.
