I installed some new pulleys and a new aftermarket fuel pump. Started up the car once and it ran fine, but I noticed that alternator was on its way. os I pulled it and got another. After installing the new one the car won't start. It turns over, it gets spark and fuel...but nothing. Tried intsalling old fuel pump, but still no difference.

So i'll pick all of your brain's. What could it be? This is driving me nuts.

Crank angle sensor? AFM (MAF?)?

Crank sensor looked pretty bad. Replaced it, now does the ecu need to be reset?

How long did you run the car for when you first started it up? If it was for a short period of time I'd think that it only used what fuel was left in the lines and the wiring/fuse to the pump is bad. Bust out the multimeter!

Fuse...hmmm...you might have something there.

I refuse to give up, I called a mechanic to pick his brain and so far he said I've done everything he'd do except put it on a code scanner/computer. Thank God I have an extra car A boring car ,but one that refuses to die.
