Found this injen universal axle back and was wondering if it could be custom fitted onto my BD. I can already have a whole exhaust done but id rather get the piping and muffer from somewhere else so i dont have to get a crush bend exhaust . Well here is the link tell me what u think id have to do. Welding is no problem!

Any muffler can be used if you take it to a muffler shop and theyll bend up the pipe and weld the flange and hangers to make it fit to what you alread have.

Universal means "multifit with some work". Good luck anyway!

Look at the bends on that second one :)

You are probably looking at another 100$ or so to have a muffler shop make that axleback work. For that price you might want to look into having them build you a complete exhaust...

the first one looks kind of like an impreza kit, but without better angles I can't be certain. I'd stay away personally.

Well this is the thing. im having my guy do the exhaust but id rather get nicer piping and a decent muffler. Also he a good friend he wont charge me no 100 to get this hooked up. I dont want to use some crappy universal tip to custom piping sense this shop can only do crush bends. So this could work if i wanted to spend the money!

If you don't want crush bends, don't cheap out. Either go to a shop that can do press bending or mandrel bending, or buy premade stuff for the Legacy.

You can buy mandrel bends from summit or exhaustdepot.com. Buy the bends you want and then make a system. That's another option. But seriously, if the pipes are so far from fitting, the shop will need to bend some pipe to fit it, and then your mandrel bends aren't worth it any longer.
