well, this has been discussed but i don´t know how many have actualy done it,
a saw a post on subaru subaruoutback.org about 6 months ago where someone stated thad the hella FF200 where a direct fit in the OEM fog position, he said you could just use one of the stock mounting bolts.
I took his word for it and off to ebay i went,
i scored a pair of driving lamps on a resonable price,
this is where the trouble started.
sure you CAN mount them with one of the stock bolts but the lights will be at a weird angle and not offer a lot of adjustability, also they stick out alot more then i liked.
so i started to think Custom !
i took the OEM light bracket (orginal lights where both broken) and drilled a small extra hole a little further back and centered the lights in the bumper.
i bolted the hella´s to the braket using the extra hole, then i just bolted the bracket to the car,
this means i can take the lights out of the bumper (to change bulbs ect.) without un-aiming the lights.
this setup works realy well, no vibration and tons more light than orginal fogs.

PS. my english isn´t the best, sory about thad
