Does the BK or BG or any of its brethen come with a gear indicator light so that you can see what gear your shifting to in the dark? If so, how hard is it to replace?

mine works according to it's own whimsical desires. Someone has to know how to actually keep it lit, but I have no clue.

When mine stops working, a nice spanking on the side does the trick.

It does and is very simple to replace. It is under the gear shift surround, once you unscrew all that you will see it easily. Just pop it out.

Just pull the bulb out. Find a replacement, put the bulb in.
It doesn't work right now, so it's not like you're going to miss it if it's not in there.
