Worried about mounting 17"x7.5 w/ 45 offset on a BD

I bought a set of 17x7.5" Rota Tarmac II's for very cheap off of Craigslist.

The previous owner had the rims on his '06 2.5i Impreza. I didn't look at the offset when I purchased them, but the inside of the rims says "177545". This inwhich translates to me as a 17"x7.5 w/ an offset of 45.

Is 45 going to be too low? I am running GC lowering springs and KYB GR-2's. All of my fenders are rolled aswell. I was planning on getting 215/45/17 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS3's. I would like some input before I order the tires off of tirerack. From reading other posts similar to my situation, I'm thinking I'm going to have to sell them. Thanks for your response in advance.

Hey im having the same dilemma... i want to get tarmac IIs with 215/45/17 tires (or 18x7.5 with 215/40/18 tires) and im debating it as my 97 LGT is also lowered. My fender are not rolled, but since yours are, im guessing you should be just fine.

How/where did you get your fenders rolled. I hear about methods using bats and stuff but im afraid to do it taht way... how expensive is it to have fenders rolled at a body shop usually?

Most people dont go under an offset of 48 on a Subaru. I wouldn't go w/ 18's myself, not only for rubbing issues, but I'd imagine the ride would be pretty harsh. RalliTek rolled my fenders. It was an hours labor ($95). They used the bat method and it turned out great.

ET45 should be ok - the goodyears have fairly stiff sidewalls so that should help. But forget the GC lowering springs, you'll get plenty of sag from that.

I meant the springs from a GC series Impreza. They are Espelir ASD's. Did you interpret my post as Ground Control or are you just not a big fan of Impreza suspension on a Lego?

GC=chassis code to me.

I'm not a big fan of the Impreza susp. on it's bigger cousins. The Legacy chassis has different dynamics, even though the basic setup is the same.
It's heavier!
