seems like a good price to me. no intercooler included.

... and no, unfortunately im not the winner. sigh.

That is pretty darn cheap. The I/C can be found reasonably cheap.

The wiring harness and turbo isn't mentioned though. I'd also be concerned a bit from his newb feedback so far (only 2 confirmed).
That's just me. I like to see a bit more history before I buy a big ticket item from e-bay.
