WRX wagon struts, springs, and tophats on a 95 leggy wagon? Saggy butt syndrome or no??? Let me know because I want to do this if it will work.

Should be fine - they're designed to support the extra weight of the hatch in the back.
Should bolt right in.

Probably not much additional lowering. STi struts & springs will lower the car. LeeMD has a full set for sale for $350.

(thats the kind of drop i would like on my car). and one more question what year STI are we talking about?

See LeeMD's thread in the Classifieds section for how much lower.
Slammed look is pointless, your car will handle like ass. "STi" refers to USDM STi probably, but any STi suspension pre-2007/8 will fit. Obviously GC/GF versions will fit, but because of the spring rates, there will be quite a bit of sag.

Since there was no USDM STi wagon, stick with the WRX parts. STi Sedan rear suspension will not fit the wagon.

No. There are lowering springs out there that will lower further. Intrax make a much more "aggressive" lowering spring.

I know that the wrx wagons and sedans had the same front struts from 02-05. Those struts, with their stock springs are actually longer than those on ours.
