can some one tell me if i can use Wire information diagram for a MY00/01 Impreza RS to wire up a safc to a 96 legacy. i still cant find a diagram for my app. please help. i just need a diagram, and lagging.com is off line for some reason.

I don't believe so. i think those cars have a MAP sensor instead of MAF, or vice versa

Ive got service manuals/wiring diagrams for a 95 legacy 2.2, I would *think* its the same.

Those are the ECU pinouts, if it looks to be the same for yours, let me know, I will send you the FSM.

o my goodness thank you steven_esworthy. i dont think* they did any ecu changes from 95 to 96 (someone correct me if im wrong) 1 more question which one is the rpm signal?

There were some changes - some models are OBDI and some models are OBDII compliant. I think the autos are OBDII.

Not really - it's just that the ECUs are different OBDI vs II

My ECM is OBDII and matches this diagram, and the RPM signal is #33 engine speed output
