Hmmmm aluminum tubes, you arent trying to build WMD's are you?
think the only place you might find something like that would be home depot, otherwise you will need to find 3" aluminum tubing(I know they sell it on ebay for intercoolers) and weld it.

you can check: http://www.fle-online.com/
I'm pretty sure they deal mostly in steel though. For a piece that small the weight difference between steel and aluminum isnt going to impact you all that much. I'm sure somewhere within their site you can find a "T" perhaps from exhaust piping meant to make H-pipes. I've purchased mufflers, cats, and y-pipes from them before for a custom exhaust system on another car.
Question though, what kind of intake are you making that is using a "T" shape? If you're trying to merge 2 pipes into 1, like if you were using 2 air filters to feed a single throttle body, a "Y" shaped pipe will flow much better. They have 2 to 1 "Y" collectors for headers on that site.
and of course ebay may be a cheap resource for something like this

Are you splitting off the throttle body to two seperate intakes? That I can only imagine would be extremely turbulent and would be better to go with a Y pipe instead. Otherwise for a T shaped pipe, you'd probably have to make it yourself, or get some kind of cast pipe, which would be a heavy duty steel. I don't see any other feasible way of manufacturing that piece.
