Never ordered from Rallitek before, hoping the wires are of good quality and revive some life in the old' EJ25.
The o2 spacer is for the sedan, which has been given to my in-laws (they handed their 94 Saturn to a family who needed a car). We replaced the wife's Legacy sedan with an 03 Accord sedan. It's going to go VIP stylee...
Anyways, I was continuously getting P0420 codes from the front cat delete pipe, so I'm going to try the spacer.

If the spacer doesn't work, try zip-tying the sensor to the frame or the cat-delete pipe. It should read more normal o2 levels that way.
FYI, I haven't actually done this, I've just heard that it works.

That's what I wanted to hear, because I know you're running a hi-flow cat.

Got the package today, spacer looks nothing like the pic on the site - it's a hexagon, which is suitable for open socket wrenches.
it's also long too, about 1.5".
The (blue) wires looks to be very good quality - they're heavier than OEM ones, and they're also labeled 1-2-3-4. The stock ones I bought from Subaru weren't even marked.
I'll take some pics later and post them up so people can see.

The O2 sensor spacer is about the same length as the "sparkplug anti-fouler" method.. it's fairly well made but the old O2 sensor I have lying around doesn't screw in 100% - only about half-way down. Is that correct?
The wires look GREAT. They appear to be thicker and have less overall flex than stock wires, and the boots are HUGE - they almost look too big compared to the stock ones.
I'll be checking the overall fit soon.

How do you think they are over Magnacor wires?

No idea unfortunately - how do the Magnecor wires price out at? I got these for $40 + shipping.

That's a LOT for something you're supposed to change every 2 years/60k.

So Huffer, how did the Rallitek wires work out for you?

No idea yet - been too busy last couple of weeks to get out and work on the car. I need to replace the plugs at the same time, and I haven't gotten around to getting those either.

Ok, so the Rallitek wires will NOT fit on a EJ25 DOHC.
" have looked in to your situation a little and the wires you ordered will not fit on a dual cam motor. "
They've just upgraded their email systems so are a little slow right now to respond, but they have sent me a return authorization and will reimburse me for the shipping back to them.
I'm pretty bummed out because these are FANTASTIC construction and so well made.
They'll fit the 99+ RS EJ25 SOHC and I would assume the 2000-04 Legacy.

You have to check the boots that go into the block. Get some pucs. And this will only work for you if you do the MSD upgrade.
