the fogs look nice with the headlights. other than that the bumper doesnt line with the fender and in the middle it looks like a $2 hoe on the corner of sunset and vine.

At least the guy was willing to try though, gotta give him props for that.

your right, the concept is good, but if he was serious about it he could have cut the stock and bg/bd bumper about 6inches from the top.
then get some resin and patch the top of the original bumper to the bottom part of bg/bd's.

I might Photoshop it to see what it looks like tho, i am curious :lol:

has potential, but would take a ton more work to make it look like it belongs. Love the BD fogs with the Rev.D lights :cool:

Yea, you would have to cut the two covers and join them.

Well bumpers that don't fit and expensive rims is "baller" status then so is 95% of the Honda tuners.

Would like to know if anything special was needed to get those headlights to work, I have been eyeing those headlights for some time but was unsure if they would be compatible with a USDM Legacy. What would be needed to make this happen? And where to purchase them? Obviously it was done on that car.

They should be plug and play and they're extremely hard to find and expensive.

Sort of. Andy said he had to make a few cuts to the headlamp's shell so it would fit along the fender, although all the lines on the outside matched up.

That would be probably due to the different fender revisions the BE's had depending on which JDM model you look at. The revisions are very very slight.

Yes, I also wanted those headlights when I didn't really know anything about my car. My buddy actually went to a Subaru dealership in Japan and said you can order the REV D Headlights for about 600-700 brand new. Yet, we all know that as cool as they are, it's just not worth it, well IMO anyways.

Getting into an argument with the site owner is always* a bad idea but to defend my friend... the bumper does fit so the original thread question is answered. It will eventually line up. You need to do some work, as with any custom arrangement. Modding a car is not something to do quickly and cheaply. New lights and grill may be needed to match a new bumper to a car that was not originally intended to have it. Maybe some new supports on the backside too.

I know what you're getting at. He obviously isn't finished with the project, and waiting on parts (if you've ever ordered whiteline...) for his bumper is no fun. It's obvious that the lines are close enough to make it work.

The bumper WILL FIT FINE with some work and the correct parts that fit. Reading comprehension is a good thing.

I'm not the site owner, Theres no argument need. You made an ignorant comment I made an ignorant reply. From the pics that are posted the bumper looks like it won't fit. If you showed supporting pics that it fits fine that would be great. The guys on this forum knows about modding and sometimes it's hard to get to fit or look right. If I put that bumper on my ar and it was the end result the old bumper cover would go right back on.

And I'm looking at your 3 posts and see that only you have edited it. Nobody else should be editing your posts. You should read all the posts before getting fired up.

I edited his post, but I did say that I edited it.
I basically changed it from "it does fit and my friend's a big baller" to "it does fit but it takes a bit of work". He took offense at that clarification which WOULD have ended any crap-slinging.

Whatever. I'm sick of this crap in the tech sections.
