I have a borla header and a high flow cat. I bought it used. It hap heat wrap on it before. But they did not do a good job putting it on. I removed it all. Then I sanded the high flow cat and high heat coat of paint on it. I also have heat wrap. Should I just use the high heat pain alone? Or should I also wrap it? It seems like a lot of work and I'm being a bit leazy. The same goes for the headers.

The high temp paint's more for protecting the thing from corrosion (this is the "header ceramic" paint, right not just regular high-temp stuff?).
I don't know, the issue of header wrapping vs. not to has been discussed before. I didn't really notice anything different when I had my wrapped borla headers - some people say you need it if you don't want to throw a P4020 code w/ the cat, thus why I wrapped mine. Though in your case, since you already have a hi-flo one, you'll get that code anyway. I'd just spray it and call it a day.

clean the header up, take it to a shop and have it ceramic coated.
spray on paint will just flake off eventually.
wrap is bad and can even make stainless corrode.

Send it to Grimmspeed.com, they PnP and do thermal coating. That's what I plan on doing

I did a 2 coats of thermo heat pain on it. I also have the wrap but I'm not sure if I will use it.

I wouldn't bother with the wrap. Just throw the headers on and get an exhaust going to match. Our little NA engines don't throw out enough that you have to worry about melting things in your engine. That's why a lot of people just cut off the heat sheilds when they start to rattle... it's not that important.
