Thought I'd get myself a tread here. Here's my grocery getter/autox car.

Bought this thing a little more that a year and a half ago :

Thinking about tint, but with only 50% being the legal limit MN might just pass on it.
And in case you were wondering - I happen to like usdm amber rear corner lights and jdm tail light combo :)

Unless it dies before I get a real job, it will get an sti transplant.

Wow that looks awesome! Ruby Mica is definetely the best color! I actually really like the JDM center garnish w/ US outside tails. It looks pretty unique. Well done man!

Nice. You've done some good work.

Do you know by any chance if the MY95 wing mirror bases will fit an MY98 car?

I'm thinking about ditching the GT wing mirrors and getting the folding power mirrors from an earlier version. I like folding mirrors.

I think the color is good if you get the car new and take care of it. I got it pertty old, and faded, and now it only looks good when the car is fairly clean, and its sunny outside, otherwise it looks faded...

Sure they will, attachment points on the door are the same. Or are you asking about fitting power internals of the mirrors from usdm my98 to usdm my95 bases?

Yeah, I like them too, so far on the street only. Test-n-tune coming up in a week though. Did you autox those on a legacy? Any what pressures did you run?

Nah, just fitting the manual folding but still power mirrors from an MY95 to an MY98.

Ah, ok. Just FYI, there were no heated mirrors in MY95, don't know if you need that though.

I ran the RS-2's on 16" RS wheels, on my '95 Legacy Sedan. I started conservative with the same pressures I used on the street: 34front 32lbs rear. Then I upped it to 36lbs front and 35lbs rear. I have a stock 14mm sway bar, and these pressures actually got the tail to come out a little, if that's your kinda thing.
