Cd changer swallowing/doesn't play disks?

I just got a subaru 6 disk cd changer from a wrx. I put in one disk, it swallowed it and doesn't want to play it or eject it. Can this be fixed and can i get my disk out if i have to send it back?

You're probably out of luck unless the changer can be cracked open. If you bought it retail, they probably won't repair it, they'll just send you a new one.

to get your cd back unplug damn thing and plug back in see if that works
if your dash is apart i can take a look at it if you want i can take it apart for you and get CD that way but i dont know if seller will want player back when it was already messed around with.
