Well guys I have decided to turbo my 2000 Legacy GT, Here is a breakdown of what is going on so far, all the stuff in bold I have purchased or have already, the stuff not in bold I am still looking for. If you have any ideas or comments please let me know:

The Engine:

EJ257 Shortblock from 07 STI
Cometic STI Head Gasket
ARP Head Studs
Stock SOHC Heads
Should yield about 8.7:1 from what I was told

The FI:
-WRX TD04 Turbo
-WRX Uppipe
-WRX Downpipe
-WRX Heatshields
-WRX Crossmember
-WRX Oil Pan
-WRX Fuel Rail
-WRX Injectors
-WRX TMIC
-WRX Fuel Pump
-WRX Water Pump
-STI Exhaust Manifold
-STI Exhaust
-HKS BOV
-GReddy eManage Blue w/injector and ignition harnesses
-GReddy Profec Boost Controller
-Oil Lines
-Coolant Lines
-Various Gaskets
-Custom Piping from DP to Muffler

Is there any write ups on this swap?

BH/BE with a EJ257 plus all the wiring of the harness.
This is all I was able to find

I think the moral of that thread/story is pay for the wiring to be done, or spend 100s of hours doing it yourself ;)

Maybe you are right... will report back with pics once, I collect all the parts as well
