Anyone know where to get a knock sensor for cheap?

how long is the knock sensor supposed to last?

is a junkyard KS worth using if it is $15. vs like 100 new?

(just an opinion question there!)

Depends if it works or not. $15 would be a good buy on a working, low-mileage replacement sensor.

i bought a knock sensor from the local autozone for like 30 or 40 bucks. not TOO expensive. dont buy old sensors, ur just setting yourself up for failure.

I've been considering changing mine lately as well. Let me know if you think it made a difference

I've been checking prices on this recently, and I haven't seen them for less than $70 or so. Autozone was about $75. I didn't check junkyards, though.

I got the genuine subaru one for that price.

$54.83 for MY95 and $78 or so for MY97-99 2.2 or 2.5
