Looking for those that live in the state made for subaru. I am in pueblo but I also have a place in Larkspur (near castle rock) and in Aurora. Just seeing who is around.

pirates is a pretty good group on the whole. There are some jerks there though. I was honestly surprised at the feedback you got about your car, considering some of the older cars that some of those members drive that are in rough shape or not painted to "standards" that they have so much pride in. It is definately the place to go for subaru parts locally though.

Ya thats true. Felt that they just did not relize the age of the car, I'm only 19 and in college so my experience in paint is low, and money is short. Oh well.

I think it was the shade of blue. Some people don't like bright colors. And you are right, the age of the car+the bright blue is just too much. You have a decent idea, maybe just a different choice of color. But that's your choice, you like it screw what anyone else says about it.

There's plenty of cars I would point and laugh at, and I would have done it to this car. http://www.sl-i.net/FORUM/viewtopic.php?t=5243&start=0 If I weren't the owner  well old owner so now I can.

So I learned my car didnt like the -20 days we had out here. My battery failed and I had to pour alcohol into my wiper fluid. Lets not get started about my s rated street tires on this ice. Still gotta say no regrets for how unprepared I was for the winter in my subi.

If you have access to an outlet, I'd highly recommend an engine block heater. It makes winter starts so easy and it's great for the longevity of your motor.

If you're looking for good, cheap winter tires, the General Altimax Arctics are good, but look on cragislist first, there are some good wheel/tire combos out there for cheap.
