95 2.2L engine slap / knocking (video inside)

I have a 95 Legacy 2.2L with a 105000 miles. I purchased the car 5000 miles ago and everything seemed fine. I had a local shop replace shocks and springs and the valve cover gaskets about 300 miles ago. After work this afternoon I started the car and there's some kind of knock or slapping noise. The noise seems to change speed with rpms and it did not go away during my 10mile highway commute home. Todays temperature was about 65 degrees and yesterday when it ran fine it was about 80. I recoded a video... any thoughts on what this could be?
