Cruise Control Problem

I am not sure if this is electrical or not, but on my wife's 02 Leg L, the paddle on the steering wheel to disengage the cruise no longer works. She can still engage the cruise just not stop it. We can still apply the break to stop it but she is concerned about it as am I. Is there anything that I can do to fix this? Has this happened to anyone before?

Try taking the steering wheel toggle switch apart and cleaning it, you could spray some contact cleaner in there and moving the switch around.

Sometimes they get a little sticky...
