The brighton isnt pre-wired for fog lights is it? i know there is a harness on the inside, i plugged the switch in, but i couldnt find any connectors in the bumper.

i got the accessory install for a 2000 from subaru dealer, and i got the addendum from alldata for the 99... but i dont have a 00, and i dont have what the addendum added to...

If there's a plug on one end, there should be wires somewhere. I believe the loom with the headlight wiring in it also has the foglights in it, so maybe trace your way up that way?
