Oil leak gathers on left side of timing belt cover

I've got a small oil leak (about 1/2 quart per change) and it seems to gather on the left side of the engine (passenger-side of the car) on the timing belt cover around where the oil filter is.

Is this the cam seal problem leak or something else?

Cam seal, crank seal or oil pump o-ring. If you're going in to replace, do all the front seals, timing belt, and new waterpump.
