2.2 twin port shortblock + DOHC 2.5 heads

I'm finally getting a block, if all goes well. So, I'll be running 2.2 block and 2.5 heads, keeping the 2.5 intake manifold, plugs, wires, injectors, everything.

Once it's up and running, I'm going to toss new injectors in and put a supercharger on it.

How hard is it to get those coolant passages to line up right? I've only got two blocks and one set of heads, I don't want to wreck a good block or a good set of heads doing this. =\

Going to do this build in stages. Going to get the motor running just with the new block first, then I'll start switching stuff out and adding boost, and tuning it.

Keeping specifically to the block and heads, what am I going to need to do to this to get it to work properly?

Yes. I'm considering doing a mod to turn it into a 'very semi closed deck' block, but I don't wanna fudge around with it that much. I'm gonna have the shortblock for a while before I get the cash up for the full swap and tune.
