95 ej22 to 99 ej25 auto to manual swap

ok so ive decided to swap my motor and tranny i have everything except a few parts
i have
-motor 99 ej25 dohc new gaskets and seals all over
-tranny 97 legacy gt 5sp ( hydraulic)
- master and slave cylinders
-clutch. throwout bearing ,pilot bearing
-pedals (from a cable clutch impreza i dont think will work right?)
... so i was wondering
where the master cylinder mounts to the fire wall and how it connects to the clutch pedal. ive seen pictures of them next to the brake booster but i have no idea how it gets to the pedal
if anyone has any info id appreciate it :grin:

just curisous where you found the mounting spots

the mounting spot isnt very obvious i only found it once i made a template off of my pedal cage and then saw that there is a chunk of preferated (sp?) floor mat. once thats pulled away its in close to the shape you need. i marked and drilled for the master cylinder and so far so good..
the swap still isnt done :cry: . family in the hospital and other stuff kinda pushed the project off to the side so im hoping to get back on track soon
