is it a bad idea to use b&m trick shift on the bd legacy it for type f but i seen it used on alot of tranmission like benz and ppl recommend it but im not shure about subarus

You can't use Scottie's Cocktail on an automatic transmission.

tony_s14 - I would only use recommended grade tranny fluid, and the only additive I will put into my transmission is LubeGard ATF Protectant.
