Suspension, yes. Just make sure you match your car, wagon to wagon susp or sedan to sedan susp.

Kartboy short shifter... that's a very big stretch. Open up your center console (open your cubby hold/armrest, remove those two screws towards the front of the hole, then start pulling up that center piece. After those two screws it's nothing but plastic tabs holding it in. If you have the bottom shifter, which might be black, you won't find any short shifter kits:

If it's a different style, well then, kartboy still won't fit, but something like this might:

ebay shifter (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-95-SUBARU-IMPREZA-LEGACY-RACING-SHORT-SHIFTER-BOOT_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33736QQihZ005QQitemZ150182956117QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW)

Interior is the same from 95-99, and even some non legacy parts can go in (ebrake handle, seats, etc...)

Motors? They'll all bolt in with minor modifications. It's the wiring that's a mess. Your car is either OBDI if it was built early 94 or it's OBDII if it was built late 94. Inside the door will have a manufacture date stamped. You could also check, there should be a little door with a plug inside right above the hood release switch. That's OBDII. I believe it's actually easier to swap an OBDI car than an OBDII car if I remember right.

Swapping in the Twin turbo motor is difficult - it was designed for RHD applications and there is a lot of stuff in the way to get it to work with a USDM car - like steering components.
