Legacy Has no Kick Panel for Fuses: Which one is Lighter?

Bah. Just bought a Legacy L and everything works but the lighter. Need it to charge up my company phone (nextel) and/or the Ipod charger. Plugged them in and it doesn't charge.

Was suspicious of the fuse but down at the drivers side floor the fuses are bare with no cover. The back of the cover usually has a grid to show what's what.

Can anyone point out (diagram?) which one is the fuse to the lighter? Thanks!

It's also in the owners manual. But it varies by year, so we'll need to know what year your Legacy is before anyone could help you.
