Outback Bumper on 98 LGT?

What sort of modification is needed for this to happen?
Would it have to be from a 98' OB to 98' legacy?
Any down side of doing this mod?

the two nuts that hold the foglights onto the bumper beam,
will need to be moved, to the outback location.

I have a '99 OB bumper on my '98 GT.

no down sides.

oh, and the gt fogs and OB fogs have different plugs.
