Hi folks.
Still finding my way around but looks a good site and thanks for all the info.
Just bought myself a second car.
The Legacy estate ticked all the boxes.
Had to be Jap, estate(wagon in the US), automatic, 4x4.
Travelled 100 miles to get my car.
White, 1995 Subaru Legacy GL 2.0. Cloth interior (not the best colours - browny-grey plastics, grey cloth). 177k miles.
Happy so far, doesn't look or sound like it needs any work.
Will probably start adding toys over the next few weeks.
So hiya, from Paisley in Scotland.

Welcome! We've had a few member from islands, but I haven't seen them post recently.

Thank you all muchly for the warm welcome.
Send you GOOD Scotch?
Nah - we keep the good stuff over here - you'll have to visit.
Seriously though, if you want good stuff - forget the Glenmorangie, Glenfiddich and Highland Park. Get yourself into some Bowmore and Lagavulin. Straight, no ice. Most of the whiskies from Islay are great but those are favourites of mine.

Greetings from the states!
A '95 Legacy, huh? 2.0 liter engine sounds like you got a turbo. If not, then it's probably a 2.2 instead (I don't know about european engine models, but over here, the 2.2 liter version of the Legacy engine has a reputation for being very good. Although most anyone here would appreciate having a 2 liter turbo anyday ).
Greetings again. Please post pics of your ride! (If you haven't done so already. Thanks!)

The rest of the world got the 2.0 Liter non-turbo engine while we got the 2.2's.
