will most of the engine/suspension/brakes be compatible with a 1995 legacy L automatic?

from this site mainly.

It's really hit and miss as to what will work. A lot of times you can get something to work, but it really depends. As for suspension, don't keep your hopes up, but you can use GD coilovers with different tophats, there's multiple threads on here about it. You can swap brake setups from subaru to subaru pretty easily usually, but in terms of buying brake pads or rotors for an impreza and putting them on your legacy, no, won't work.

I swapped the 2007 wrx calipers and rotors onto by baja(legacy hubs) with no problem at all. You shouldn't need to switch hubs. If you're just changing calipers, rotors, and brackets (if you don't have 1-piece calipers) the ABS should work fine.

As stated a lot of parts from an Impreza will swap over. Some are def hit or miss, just all depends on year of car you have and year of donor parts you are using.
