Fog Light Removal

I have a 98 GT and Im trying to switch out a dead bulb on the passenger side for light. I have removed the two exterior bolts, but it seems as if there is one more connector rod via a Phillips screw that I cant seem to get out. Anyone done this before or have any suggestions??

If you are having trouble removing the housing, see this thread:

If you are just trying to remove the bulb, just twist off the cap that the wiring is connected to and you can take the bulb right out by releasing the tension clip and one wire connector.
