You'd be better off price-wise to get Rota SDRs...?

I thought about that, but xcntrk75 had SDRs and as much as its a similar wheel, it has one very big difference which to me changes the final appearance greatly. the 'rim' of the rim, or the edge is different. the way it is on the SDRs makes the wheel look smaller. heres a comparison on the cars, and off the cars (i know the proportions arent perfect for comparison, but the point is the PFF7's spokes come out further to the edge of the rim, thus making it look bigger, and IMO better. thats why i dont like any rims where the spokes curve in before they get to the edge of the wheel, or rims with bolts around the rim.

notice that two different wheels were mentioned in this thread.. ur comment came after the post about Motegi FF7s .. and since you didnt quote, i didnt know which wheels were overrated, fool.

perhaps you didnt notice that PFF7s and Motegi FF7s are completely different wheels?

I think the profile on xcntrk75's wheels is a little different, hence adding to the visual effect.

The PFF7's also have that "interior" lip that I think makes the interior of the wheel look smaller than the SDRs... The exterior lip is smaller than the SDR, yes.

I like my Prodrives.

prodrives will take a little more beating before giving up the ghost, but at 3x the cost of a Rota. I personally don't like supporting companies that make their money copying other companies designs, so I will never own a rota, sportmax, etc, but that is just me. Personally I think that is rewarding a company for showing no ingenuity or desire to create their own product.

Personally I don't like any of the choices above.

Something liek these would look good IMO:

Or even a '06 WRX wheel.

Of course, my favorite on the BD/BG's are '06 spec.B's

I've seen both SDR's and PFF7's in real life. It all comes down to how much cash you have to spend.

The quality of the finish is much higher on the Prodrives... but you can't beat the price of a Rota. If it were me, I'd save up for the Prodrives, just like I'd save up for Prodrive WRC P1's over Rota Tarmac II's.

Rotas are good wheels for the money, but Prodrives are very strong, decent weight and of course... not a replica style wheel.

I don't think the Motegi's are nearly as nice as the Rotas or the Prodrives, but to each his own.
