wiper Issues.

Ok, So I just bought this 97 legacy GT wagon. And one of the issues with it is the wipers arent working properly. The rear wiper seems to be fine, but the fronts go about 1/10th the speed they should. dosnt matter what speed i tell them to go, they use sloth mode. New motors? if so, is it worth trying to clean the ones that are there?

Could be the wiper stalk itself. These are a plug a play unit. A unit from any other subaru wagon will work. In fact, if you get a WRX one, you'll have variable rear wiper speed.

This means speed is controlled through that switch, and not somewhere else in the line.
