...which in retrospect is rather street racer-ish for my taste now, but it was a lot of fun. I'm actually trying to sell my bimmer so I can pick up another BD, only this time it'll be a GT. Now that I have an entire shop at my disposal I could build it right.

It's usually fairly clean but this time of year it gets dirty pretty quick, especially when it snows.

Man, I'd love to work on those cars all day. They're friggin beautiful. Nice BMW though. I've thought about maybe getting one just like it, but I think I'd still rather have a subie.

damn that BD looks mean. i love all the cars in the pics above, especially the widebody porsche, and especially the bimmer, and especially the STi powered racer, and ... yeah you have a kick-ass job man. can you post some more pics of your BD?

^^^ agreed. I loved your car the second I saw it. I'd like to do what you did with your fogs, but the rest of my car couldn't carry it. Yours looked like a genuine touring car that could come off the BTCC circuit.

-12" RF sub & box powered by Kenwood amp
I think that's about it....

The car is tons of fun, whether it be on winding roads or getting sideways in the rain or snow. It's even fun to just cruise. I have a set of projector headlights I'm painting gunmetal right now with another HID kit for them. When I get them on the old HID kit will be moved to the fogs. After I get the headlights put on the car will go up for sale. I love this car but my heart tells me I need another BD and so it shall be.

Each 911 that comes through the door today, still gets the attention it deserves, but it's not the same excitement from me anymore.


Nice 5 series. I had a 325is, unfortunately I wrecked it but bought 2 Legacies. Was looking forward to returning back to the mark. Maybe reincarnated through a 540i this time.

Wow, your leg was about the same height as a mini 1.3? Damn man. Mine was almost that low and my fender liners got a daily dose of tire :-(.
