I got sick of looking at my bumper, so i got a can of Duplicolor 'milano red' paint, which is the closest looking red i to mine i could find, and a can of clear coat. Here are the results:

i just repainted about from the middle to the left front. its definitely not as glossy as the original finish, but like you said, all that matters is it looks way better than before. i plan to eventually repaint the whole car rio red... in like 5 or 6 years, or whenever i pay off my schools.

I would sand it better maybe some 600grit then spray down some primer and Order some matching rattle cans from www.paintscratch.com (http://www.paintscratch.com) .... Would look a hell of alot better ;) unless you paint the whole car that color red!

i thought about that ... but i didnt have much time or cash, so for $10, i couldnt be happier. fact is the whole bumper needs to be sanded, sealed, primed and painted, but at a later time.

u should have put some plaster in it then sand it down so the whole thing is smooth and on the same level, then paint it.
I thinki might try this paint job in the near future when i buy a project car lol

I just painted a wing for my wagon yesterday with paint from paintscratch.com I still need to wet sand and buff it. They shipped it with lacquer clear. I wasn't to happy about that, but we'll see how it looks. I got done late last night and it's snowing today, so I can't really comment on the color match, but the sprayout I did looks pretty good.
Another company that does that kinda stuff is expresspaint.com. They are the same company as color-rite, which does motorcycle paints. When I painted my bike the colors matched perfect, and one of the colors was red too, which is usually hard to match. I got the paint for my A4 (Autumn Red) from express paint. I haven't been able to paint them yet, but it's gonna be a hard color to match, so when I do get to it, I'll let you all know how good it is.

i wouldnt plaster it paint is not thick enought to need plaster unless there was a dent .i would just sand it and make it smooth and go throught the diffrent grits then repaint it
