Will WRX front sway bar fit '98 BD?

OK.. please pardon my ingnorance here...
Will a front sway bar from a '03 WRX fit my older '98 BD?????
AND is it thicker than my OEM bar??
I can get one, mint condition, for $40.00

it works one way but not the other if I remember correctly, IE that a n/a bar will fit a turbo x-member but a turbo bar will not fit an n/a x-member. It has been awhile so honestly I can't remember for sure. If no one chimes in I will look it up when I get home and am not firewalled to death. And honestly I think it may only be a 1mm difference or so between the two bars. WRX OEM bars are 20mm.
