BD GT / 16"stock wheels.. anybody run 215 / 50 / 16 ???

So stock is 205/55/16... anybody run a 215/50/16??
Load rating difference is about 48 lbs less per tire..... I cant see that having an effect on safety.
Will they fit??? Anybody know for sure?
Overall diameter is less than 1/2" smaller... no appreciable speedo / or gearing difference.

215/50r16 would be a smaller diameter tire

I was running a 225/50r16 on my sedan and they looked damn good, you may have to roll the fenders a tiny bit, if your car is lowered....

215/50/16 will definitely fit.

I had some problems with rubbing in the front on 225/50/16 under extreme situations, but I was also running Kumho MXs which are physically bigger than most other tires that size.
