Ya WSP got those back in 2005.. they have tons of crazy undercover cops... like really early '90's Ford Taurus's & completely unmarked Chevy trucks. Needless to say I never speed in Washington, I-5 is littered with cops everywhere. There are cops in Tualatin, a city not far from Portland with bugeye Rex's.

My girlfriend works for the company who outfitted the lights for those cars a couple years ago.
Here in CT they use the Dodge Chargers. The dark ass tint hides tons of led's in the windows.

shit you guys need to come to oregon if you want to talk about crazy cop cars. we have stage 3 roushe mustangs, SS camaros, 350z's, z06 corvettes, and they are all totally unmarked and windows tinted so dark you can see in. they cruise up and down the freeways looking for wreckless drives (weaving in and out of traffic) street racers, they toy with you a little bit trying to get you to do something dumb and then boom lights come on you jsut got nailed with a street racing ticket you car is gone. they have some seriously sick cars and you'll never know it, they change them soo often, who knows what they are driving right now, but im sure its another hoped up fancy sports car.

they get a lot of cars through drug busts and bank repos. obviously not this one, but i've seen crazier, like a supercharged mustang 5.0 with a huge blower coming out of the hood, sporting SPD blue and white. scary scary. what;s the world coming to when cop cars can do a 12 sec 1/4 mile and then pull you over for doing 10 over. WSP has too much time and money that's for sure. all these drug busts at the border i guess...

saw one on I-5 north today. i was in the fast lane doing 70mph and he pasted in the carpool lane like i was at a stop light. it did not sound stock at all.

lucky in NY we have this law called entrapment, and it pretty much comes down to, you have to clearly see the cop for him to give you a ticket, just like if you ask a prostitute if she is a cop and she says no and is really a cop .... that is entrapment!!!! and illegal! but i diegress

so yeah when cops sit and radar they have to be clearly out in the open, and they are only allowed to have semi unmarked cars, however you can still tell there cops becuase they have the lights in the front grille and in the rear windows.

however in some of the little towns around the area we do have different kinds of cop cars such as, and i have seen
a chevy ss impala, a dodge charger r/t, and even a ford f-150 ohh yeah and i fogot about the chevy camero SS that the good old ny state troopers have!

yeah ive seen alot of camero cops there sweet lol and if it looks like unmarked you can spot the lights in the grill like ol boy said and antennas are dead giveaways and here in WV we have the Chevy 2500 HD's they suck lol they go everywhere lmao

yeah the "undercovers" around here are easy to spot...cars with the huge spotlights next to the side mirrors...thats secret lol our cars are blazers, broncos, tauruses and intrepids...not imtimidating
