As of Saturday I have been experiencing a "power loss" at and above 4000 rpms. Its like a flat spot, it will still accelerates when I hit it, it just looses the "oomph"

Yes. It had "oomph" there before.

Now, I have guessed it to be an ignition or an intake problem, because it happens only there; and ONLY at WOT...I would assume a drivetrain or power train failure would be prominent at all rpms...

I must admit that this occured directly after my Donut frenzy at Bannister Mall... No, I didnt hit anything... Fouled plugs? Water in the intake?

SURELY I havent ruined my clutch yet... only 750 miles on it... It doesnt really effect the drive ability of the car when the GF is in it, cause she hates fast (read above 4k.) so its more of a have fun issue.
Ill tryand answer any questions as best as possible...

Ideas?

Time for an oil change, spark plugs, wires, and coil pack yet? Sounds like you need a tuneup. If it sounds kinda funny, it might be a valve or valvespring, but I'm willing to bet it's just a bad set of spark plugs, wires, or a combination of those and needing an oil change. could also be a fuel filter, mine gunked up pretty bad and it ran like complete crap above 3,000 rpm.
