I'm gonna pick up a 2005 WRX 2.0 exhaust manifold, and run it straight back into a stock cat, then into a glasspack. Then, straight pipe to the back of the car.
If it's too loud, I'm gonna pick up a Series 40 muffler an integrate it into the design ( 2.25" in and 2.25" out).
I checked my local exhaust shops, there's a ordinance in the city preventing me from running an aftermarket cat unless my stocker is clogged.

He didn't dyno before/after so who knows the performance. Of course, I haven't followed closely enough to know what you're currently doing with your cars. Do you have a turbo or no?

No, but i'm going to run the supercharger as soon as I can get my hands on an EJ257 block.

That guy's got an 05 or 06 I believe...those came with EL headers stock and had a different oil pan to clear the pipe going in front of it.
Well, good luck if you can get the WRX manifold to fit...

It's going to be a custom exhaust, block back. I may pick up a WRX or LGT Turbo oil pan, I don't know if I like having a 4.8 quart oil pan... Plus, if a WRX header doesn't fit, it would be reason to swap them anyway.

If I were to run 5 PSI of boost through a supercharger, would it make more sense to go with a 2.25" exhaust, or would 2.5" be better?
Considering doing the WRX header (I found one for the right price, the right place!), 2.5" cat, and 2.5" glass pack, with the possibility of adding a STi stock or something else later if it's too loud.
The local muffler shop is owned by a big time hotrodder, I think he might actually know enough about my supercharger to install it for me, since I have ZERO welding skills.
