If a 18" x 8" +48 offset will fit, will a 19" x 7.5" +45 fit as well as long as I get a tire to keep the diameters the same?

Yes I think a member out side of the US had 20's. BE's have a larger wheel well, so the right tire and wheel offset it should fit.

After using the calculator on this site:

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

It looks like 19's will fit going from the fact that mitchgt had 225/40-18's on 18x8 rota's on his BE with just minor allignment issues, using that as the stock size and inputing 225/35-19 is the new size, there is a .1" difference in overall diameter.

These are what I'm looking at just for reference:

motegi touge huh... decent wheels actually. 19s are gonna be huge, but look good I think.

Why 19's might I ask?

I want something different. I've had 17's, then 18's, now I'd like to try 19's, No particular reason. I'm aware of what I've giving up performance wise, so it's more of a 'Just because I can" thing

I think you should go with 30inch rims.....

Well I'll be interested to see how this turns out. IMO 18's look too big on BE's 99% of the time, and I can't really imagine a 19" wheel.

But good luck!

Actually 18's on a BD looks too big. 18's on a BE looks perfect.

We can agree to disagree then.

think those are 18s in the rota STi knockoffs... tarmacs I think they are called maybe. I got the 17s to try for this summer, if they are too small, I'll move up next summer.

Whatever sized wheels on that blue BE look great....

I look at my 17's on my BD and sometimes think they look a tad small....but the 18's I've seen look huge. Never happy...whether it's aesthetics or horsepower....shit.

They could be Tarmac I's - they look a little different than my Tarmac II's. I like everything on the BE STi above except for two things - the painted center tail garnish and the STi wing (way too big and goofy on the Leg). The side skirts are a little chunky, but I can live with them. I would put everything else on my car (that would fit my wagon anyway).

The silver wagon only running the driverside foglight? or is it just the way the pictures look? Sorry to go off topic...

What bumper and skirts are those on the blue Legacy. Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I'm new around here...where can I find them?

Legacy B4 S401 STI. Basically STI made a special version of the JDM B4 Legacy.

Those rims on it look closer to Volk CE28N's than anything Rota makes (btw Rota just copies popular wheels to begin with, so it's kind of inaccurate).

You can't find them anywhere. The STI legacy is rare in japan and I've never seen a piece of it for sale.
