Power antenna

Hey guys ive been gone for awile, but im back..

anyways, the power antenna on my BK wagon, is officialy dead and colapsed in on itself. so i just ordered a new one for $57 :shock: from my local dealer.

my question is how would one replace the antenna, any DIYs or any pointers?

It should be pretty easy - pull the trim panel out from the rear hatch, and then check where all your mounting and electrical connections are.

Unplug everything, and the unit should be able to be loosened up.

AFAIK, there's a couple of mounting brackets.
