legacy GT wheels on a GC.

i really, really like it.

maybe i'll end up with the favorite thing on my GT on the GC if i get it.

what do you guys thing of the gt wheels on the gc?

ps: that has an EJ22T swap from a legacy and it used to be an L. hence the imposter tag.

I just wish the GT wheels came in 17x7.5 or 8 so they could clear the 4 pots and so I could get me some vented rears. It's too bad you can only find multispoke's with 16 or 20 spokes, not 18 like the GT wheels...its either too few or too many. I'm supposed to swap wheels with my brother for a couple days with his 02 RS wheels and Pzero Nero tires, ...I just had to promise him I'd return them with some tread left on them, lol.

4pots are supposed to clear 16's. The fact that they dont clear wrx wheels is an oversight. They may clear lgt rims, and they clear wrx wheels if a little bit of the caliper is ground off.

I absolutely love lgt wheels. They make anything look better.

but hey, the RS is an 01 with 25k mi & SOHC for the SAME PRICE as i got my car, + toys. how the hell can i go wrong?

Actually while I like the LOOK of the 16" GT wheels, the truth is that these wheels are rather hard to clean properly and the are not particuarly strong. I have read enough stories about these wheels breaking up while braking and slamming into potholes that I dont use them in winter.

The previous 15" alloy wheels are actually much stronger.
Also the stock 16" WRX wheels arent that bad, they are cheap and readily available
