Hi guys and girls i'm new here and i'm from Canada, Qc. I'm not good with my english and i'm 19 years old :smile: Oh I would like to show my parents car first..

My mom's Legacy L 1997-(those JDM STI V5-6 are going on my car and I will put my stock GT wheels on it,my first car was an Impreza coupe bought with my sister and we sold it and then my mom wanted to give me her car so before I bought my GT I was drivin this wagon but I fell in love with the GT Limited trim)

My dad's Legacy Outback Limited 1998-(He love his Outback so do I lol..and we recently had the HG job done at a trusted guy who formely worked at a great dealer.) Ugh..don't mind the wheels haha..

Few little "mods" on the L and the GT..

L- 4 Pioneer Premier 3ways speakers, Alpine CDA-9857 and 2x12'MTX subs, Pioneer amp. My first audio set-up.

GT-4 MTX Thunder 6.5' speakers 2ways, OEM tweeters. Pioneer DEH-7800MP.(Might install the MTX subs here, or sell to get another ones..)
Not the ultimate set up but just alot better than stock. I like musics, rock, techno, hip hop/rap, slow..(By the way the MTX Thunder TDX6504 I think it's the model coaxial speakers are really great for the price! crystal clear sound and mid bass are h*ck of good if you don't want subs! I bought Infinity Reference 6012i and it was good but no mid bass supposed to give clearer sound than MTX but it didn't and distorted easily) The Pioneer Premier 3 ways speaker are cr*p not the brand but the fact it's 3ways..no mids just distortions..

My plans are: (if money permits haha)

JDM headlight/ tailight (via Ebay?) and HID on JDM heads'
Another tint..like ~25% black tint
Have a body job done, scratch on paint, "fkin" little RUST :mad: and maybe fix a few things.


Haha sorry if I made it too long, that's because I found a nice LEGACY forum and community. I love Subaru cars but there are too much of Impreza fans and don't really see the Legacy.. :-(

Thanks to all :grin: By the way there's a little difference in weight between the STI and the RS ones that's what I read somewhere. We are getting alot of snow today so if I have time i'll post some new pics, these are old :smile:

Not those wheels. They are the same worldwide. RS/STi/WRX same diff. Just diff. colors.

Here are the new pics I've just taken few minutes ago..just washed because it's sunny outside =)

As you can see there are few rust on the car and the left back corner is darker than the rest of the car? same thing with the right door :-? anyway can someone tell me how much is to remove all the rust and re painting?(btw i'm not doing anything myself) I'd like to have the Aspen white paint on my car :smile:

No-one can tell you how much it's going to cost to remove the rust... only a good bodyshop. Find one that will cut and weld, then repaint and buff...no bondo/bog.

Yep I never knew what the problem really was, but anyway there's an Outback H6 which is quite interesting for it's price but the colors sucks green and tan interior :-? I'd jump on it but I guess it will guzzle like a Jeep :-?

Anyway I still don't know what car to buy..I might get a Civic or EL sedan ONLY for gas mileage purpose, winter? no prob i'll borrow one of my parent's Legacy :lol: , then save some money and come back with a Legacy Turbo :twisted:

hello! :smt006 it been years I have not been around here although I was not really active, I last sold my BD5 and bought a Civic EX 04 sedan had it for 2 years sold it and bought a RSX Type S 02(wanted a WRX, but had a deal on the DC5 so..) its a nice blue Type R replica with jdm DC5 Brembo's mags suspension front fenders headlights complete Type R lips so it looks really nice.

So I had a winter without a car because I stored my RSX in my garage so for this year I bought an Honda Accord EX V6 98 but had the tranny dead so I traded for another BD6 95 sedan lsi automatic mechanically car is running really good only 206 000km but it has rough body, but i might work on it.

So yup here i am back with another Legacy! :smt006
