The ebay intake i ordered came with blue hoses and a blue 3 to 2 3/4 inch rubber coupling for the pipe-to-intake but i would really would like to have a black one. Anyone happen to have one laying around they would want to get rid of from selling or trading? (PM me if so)
Or does anyone happen to know where i could get one? All they had at lowes and a couple other home improvement stores were black 3 to 3 inch (which i got one for the intake-to-stock airbox).

Instead of finding a new one, you could pick up a can of black Plasti Dip Spray On Coating. This stuff will coat anything with a flexible rubber coating.
* Flexible - won't crack, chip or become brittle
* Insulates from electrical shock, vibration, heat and deadens sound.
* Provides safe, non-slip comfort and control.
* Durable - resists weather, chemicals, impact and abrasion.
* Available in red, yellow, black, blue, white and clear.

I picked up a can from my local Lowe's for about $6. There's tons of potential applications for this product.

i stopped by an autozone the other day looking for a maf adapter and couldnt find one, but they had 4 or 5 different colors of couplers in different sizes. Autozone stock seems to vary in different markets but I wouldnt be surprised if you could find what you're looking for there. I think they were around 7 bucks.

I've never known paint to stick to silicone. I'd do the electrical tape thing for now (I did the same thing actually) and keep looking at ebay and such for it.
