will a wrx engine fit into a 98 gt? if it does then im guna save up to swap my new 2.2 to that

yes it does, and u will need a front cross memeber from a wrx or old tleg to bolt it in. and yes there will be plenty of wiring to figure out.

i read that and it confused me-im not that intelligant with engine details so i thought that other people on this site can put it in easier to understand words for me

if you didn't understand that, you're really not going to understand how to wire it. So... Instead of looking for a motor, just save up 5g's and have east coast swappers do it for you.

Sorry dude, if you really want a swap, but you don't understand, just save a little more $$ and have a place do it for you.

no i wasn't planning on doing it myself...i dont have the tools or knowledge...i could possibly get my cousin to do it for me cause he swapped his 2 for a 2.2 in his impreza...if he doesn't do it then ill find someone lol

its not an immediate swap either... that should happen when i get a better job in about a year
