I just talked my mechanic into pushing somebody out of a time slot for me tomorrow but he said if it's a bitch job that requires motor mounts being dropped he's gonna be pissed and kick my ass.
He's a little puerto rican guy who could probably kick my ass and he's my buddy's dad so he wouldnt think twice about it. I told him it was cake on these cars, lol.
please have good news for me.

on a lift, probably a couple hours tops. I never did one on the leggy but on the WRX you have to lift the motor up a few inches to get to a couple of the bolts

he's wanting to not have to put it on a lift. it looks like the only thing that's in the way is the headers.
Is it possible to do it without putting it on a lift?

Wont be easy. The rear screws are covered by the cross brace so you have to lift the engine

that sucks. well, I wound up having title issues anyway so I have to drive back to cinci tomorrow to get those straightened out before I can do anything else on it. I hope this isnt turning into a nightmare.
