Hello sl-i.net members!

Given that I'm posting in the Introductions forum, you have no doubt deduced that I am new here. You are correct!

I am here because I purchased a 1997 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT early Nov. 2007 and was looking for a forum where I could share my enthusiasm for the car and glean knowledge from those who are more experienced with these cars than I.

While I am new to this forum, I am not new to forums in general. I am a long time member of www.preludepower.com (http://www.preludepower.com) where I am currently a Super Moderator. I'm not sure what how that position compares with your moderation hierarchy but I'm sure I'll figure it out as I go along.

So yeah, I'm a Honda guy, but not your stereotypical Honda owner. Hopefully you all won't view me in the light most Honda owners are seen in. I'm currently the owner of two 3rd generation Preludes... that don't run at the moment. One's my baby, the other's my parts car. I'm in the process of a manual transmission swap so I can get it back on the road and get back to some spirited-yet-sensible driving.

So, yeah. That's my intro and I'll answer any questions you've got. And "Thank you" (in advance) for the warm welcome and I look forward to my time here.

lol Hondas  Welcome! A few of us owned Honda's and I'm sure some still do. I had a 89 CRX and 91 Accord recently.

Welcome man. I too am guilty of a Honda or two in my time, although my CRX was followed by a pseudo Honda in my Integra.

But back to the point: Welcome to SL-i.net, it's safer here.

(+10 for anyone who gets the reference)
