car pc in the legacy

Anyone here have one installed? looking at a few pictures with the stock tape and cd player but I have a Alpine head unit but where would I put the screen?

I'm pretty sure you can fit a Double DIN unit in the BD/BG. I plan on getting a touchscreen and making a car PC work when I do go to get another legacy. I'm sure it can be done with one of the other subaru specific kits out there.

Theres been a few BD guys that had this done. The screen is a double DIN size.

go to www.mp3car.com (http://www.mp3car.com) and it will explain everything on this issue. Most of the guys are running lilliput 7" or 8" touchscreens which I think fits almost purfectly in the double din spot

yep I saw that but I wanted the case part to be under the passenger seat and not behind the screen.. It would take too much fab work just to work it how I wanted it to be..
